Mark W. Eisenberg received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany (SUNYA) in 1987 with a major in communications and his law degree from California Western School of Law in 1992. Since that time, he has been in private practice in Southern California. Mr. Eisenberg is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the Northern, Central and Southern District Courts in California. Mr. Eisenberg is a member of the California State Bar, Litigation Section of the California State Bar, Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Trial Lawyer's Association and American Association for Justice.

Mr. Eisenberg has been a partner at two of Southern California's larger defense firms working for both corporate and insurance company clients. He has extensive trial experience both in State and Federal Courts and formed the EISENBERG LAW FIRM which has quickly become one of Southern California's preeminent trial firms representing the interests of injured parties and their families.
